Dr. Minardi is the creator and head instructor of the Thompson Technique Seminar Series and author of The Complete Thompson Textbook. He is also an instructor for the ICPA, teaching a module focused on the Neurology of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex and Advanced Thompson Technique for children. In addition to his busy lecture schedule, Dr. John maintains a full time private practice in Oakville, and writes the monthly column ‘Technique Toolbox’ in the Canadian Chiropractor Magazine. Dr. Minardi passionately teaches the scientific rationale underlying the VSC, with the purpose of increasing certainty in the chiropractic philosophy and in the chiropractic adjustment. Dr. John will share some of his passion with us at Pure and Powerful by explaining the role that Nociception plays in the VSC, how this neurological input influences the Autonomic Nervous System, and how this affects us practically as chiropractors.
